In this assignment you will work on multi file C++ programs and explore some facets of design.

Problem Specification:
Fast-Internet Corporation is an Internet Service Provider that charges customers a flat rate of RM30.00 for up to 100 hours of total connection time in a month. Additional hours or partial hours are charged at RM3.50 each. You are required to write a program to keep track of the usage and charges for all the customers of Fast-Internet Corporation.
A data file (usage.txt) is used to keep the information of the usage for each customer in a particular month. The first line in the file contains two numbers, the month and the year. The subsequent lines represent the details of each customer. Each line includes the customer number, customer name, and the connection time in hours. A sample data file is shown below:

Your program should use a suitable data structure to store the information of each customer which includes the following:
Customer’s Number
Customer’s Name
Connection Hours
Total Charges (should be calculated and updated by the system)
Once the program starts, all the records should be read from a specified data file (entered by user) and stored in the memory. The total charges for each customer should be calculated and updated. If the file does not exist, indicate to the user that a new database will be created with no existing record.
