Article Critique

The goal of the article critiques is to assist in developing your competency as a critical consumer of research. This assignment focuses on Evaluation.
Review three research-based articles that have been published in refereed, academic journals that are focused on one or more organizational or social issues of your choosing. Each of the three articles should include quantitative research design. Provide an intensive analysis and criticism of each of the three articles, including these facets of the study:

?Appropriateness of and/or need for of the research problem and/or issue and purpose of the study;
?Clarity and quality of the literature review used in framing the study;
?Contribution of the study to theory;
?Clarity and appropriateness of the research design;
?Results that are clearly connected to the design and to the larger scholarly literature; and,
?The degree to which the conclusions are derived from the study findings.

The final product should be a SINGLE written document, approximately 10-12 pages in length. The written document should conform to EITHER the most recent publication style of the American Psychological Association (APA
