Assessment #3 -Case Study Reviews (Graded) (due 5th November) A case study with associated questions will be published on the course web site during the study period. A mark (out of 40) will be awarded for the analysis and delivery of a detailed report covering base components such as: ? What stakeholder engagement is and its relevance to the case ? Formal models and structures applicable to the case ? Informal methods and strategies that could be useful for the case in question while also providing answers to directed associated questions for the case. The case study should be between 1900 -2000 words in size (excluding attachments or appendices and reference listing). Ensure that your case study contains an abstract, introduction, discussion, conclusion, reference list and any attachments as required. All papers are to be typed on A4 sized paper; Arial 10 font; single line spacing and one line spacing between paragraphs. It is also expected to include 10-15 references and can come from varied sources. The Harvard referencing system must be used. Key topics to cover The TIF Program Case Study illustrates many components that we’ve discussed as part of this course. After reading the case, within your report ensure that you discuss, detail and illustrate answers to the following questions: 1) Some base stakeholder analysis illustrates both internal and external stakeholders for the program. Using your detailed analysis identify any potential stakeholders that the case may not have specified. Illustrate why you think they may not have been included? 2) A number of committees, boards and structures were set up for TIF programs. Illustrate your understanding of “multi-stakeholder steering committees, TIF advisory boards and issue -specific compensation task forces”. Ensure you provide what you think their role is and what stakeholders would be included.
