1.    Identify the four
quality cost categories: Internal COPQ, External COPQ, Prevention,
and Detection.

2.    What problems are
created by defects?

3.    How can those
defects be fixed or avoided altogether?

4.    Identify the
tangible and intangible costs. What percentage of your total cost
is intangible? What percent of that amount is a cost of poor
quality?

5.    How can your
quality cost system ensure greater improvement in the future?
