A manufacturing company needs to set up a process that calculates the total cost of products they purchased for the week and subtract what portion of those costs were incurred from taxes. The tax for all products they purchase

is included in the base price for the product (e.g. $18.00 per package is total price for the item with tax). The

company only purchases from the State of Maryland, which has a 6 percent Sales Tax.

For accounting purposes, these products are classified into four groups based off where the products were

purchased:

Group 1: Homes Foods Inc.

Group 2: U.S. Suppliers Inc.

Group 3: Downtown Shipping Co.

Group 4: Valley Markets

The system needed by the organization must calculate the total cost of all purchases for the week and also

calculate the totals purchased for each one of these accounting groups (removing the tax expense from all of these

totals). You are to write a program that solves this problem for the company.

The user, at time of execution, will have the total quantity of products ordered for the week (e.g. 6 different

products), the total number of units purchased for each of the products (e.g. 3 units of Product 2), and the price per

unit of each product (e.g. $3.50 per unit of Product 2). Your process should capture these values and calculate the

totals requested above.
