Project Scope: Purchase and Install a new shed that will store some of your lawn equipment and all the tools for your new garden. The shed will be located right next your property line between you and a public park.
Project Schedule- You have to get the shed installed before May 15, 2013 as you have family coming and you want to show off, and you need the land cleared and fenced in for the new garden.
Project Costs- You and your partner have agreed to use your tax money you just got back and not put anything on credit. The total cash you have to work with is $3000.

Prepare the following:
Scope of work – include the detail of the steps required to build the shed. I expect you to walk through all aspects ( i.e. clearing the land, purchasing material, getting a permit) and list them as tasks.
Work breakdown structure with tasks and responsibilities. For this project, you will this-use friends and family members as your workers!

Work with the Ganttproject software to create a schedule. The schedule needs to include name, begin, end, duration, and predecessor. Show dependencies using the link tool or predecessor.
