Create a command
line utility that will allow any user to safely remove files. It should
create a hidden directory in the user’s home directory. It MUST not be able to
be run by the superuser. It should allow for multiple copies of the same file
to be stored in the trash bin (3 copies). It should also allow for multiple
copies of the same file to be restored from the trash bin (3 copies). It should
also save the path where the file came from to allow the user to restore it to
its former location. The user should be given the option through the command
line to restore the file to the current directory or to its original location.
The utility should test for collisions so that it does not overwrite any files,
if there are more than three copies in the current directory the user should be
given the option of overwriting the oldest one. It should not be interactive in
any way other than is stated above. The user should also be able to list the
contents of the trash bin and purge the trash bin.
