Develop a standardized employee evaluation system for each employee

1.      Using the specific responsibilities listed in your official Job Description, develop a performance based evaluation matrix with a minimum of 3-4 performance categories. Provide a logical explanation of the matrix

              Develop an overall rating system that makes use of those responsibility topics, based on the value that you perceive each weighted grouping is to the position. Explain the rationale behind the priority being used

3.      Provide a time table for the evaluation process, and how the evaluation will be used to determine continued employment, compensation and benefits allocation, etc
