your proposal attached. You will need to make major revisions.

I have major concerns about your study.
You are either studying compensation issues or HRD issues. I just don’t see how
the two are the same. I can share with you a survey on HRD competencies, and
you could do a study to examine how they apply in an organization. OR, you
could study compensation practices in the airlines, but that is an HR topic and
not an HRD topic.

You probably
need to write on HRD competencies, and make your research qualitative- case
study for the company that it will be better.
