will be implemented within the organization of choice, analyzing the applicable IT
governance explaining its use in practical terms. o Selection from maturity models and frameworks to illustrate applicability to the
package of technologies and the management of those technologies within the
organization of choice. 3. Propose a final recommendation for a go or no-go decision from management on
introducing the IT advance in the organization.
4. If your recommendation is a no-go, describe what would be necessary to make a go
decision feasible. Consider the following questions:
o What technological advances might permit a go decision that are not yet ready for
use? o What are the weaknesses or gaps in the current situation that prevent a go decision? o What resources would be necessary to enable a go decision? o How could a solution to the challenge or issue be optimized?
