Assignment Overview:
This assignment requires you to do various tasks involving classes you write yourself and classes that you find in the SDK. The theme will be Students, Staff and Courses. Note that this is a programming exercise only. It is designed to test your understanding of various aspects of Java programming. It is not intended to be a model of what happens in the real world – so don’t go changing things because “it makes more sense”.
You will be required to develop your application using Java in the Eclipse environment. You will need to zip the whole project up when you are finished and submit it electronically by the due date.
Task 1
Create a new project in Eclipse called Assignment 1.
Within this project create a package called task01. Within this package you will be required to author (write, develop) some classes. These classes are described below. All classes should have appropriate constructors and get and set methods – these won’t be included in the class diagrams for space considerations. Apart from that you should follow the specifications exactly – do NOT change things to make coding easier. All classes should be appropriately commented.
1/ Class Name.
