Task Description
Write an essay answering the questions from the “Tata Consultancy Services (India)” case study on pages 253-255 of Jashapara (2011).
 
Format: 2500 word essay maximum including references. Submit one file in MS Word .doc or .docx format. Times New Roman 12pt. Front Page (student name, student number, assignment name, course name and course number, due date).
References: Refer to the Jashapara textbook as well as at least 5 academic journal articles published between 2007-2013.
