This is the first assignment titled “Topic Proposal”. Over the next 3 weeks I will need you to help develop / write my thesis. All of these papers will be put through a plagiarism detection site, so
it must be original work and properly cited with page numbers. I would like the paper to be titled: “The effects of social movements in technology with millennials in the 21st century workplace”
My theory is that I believe there will be a dramatic shift in the workplace as the teenagers today enter the workforce because they are afraid to talk to each other. All they know how to do is
text, social media, etc. They are no longer required to have a face to face conversation. What will the impact be when they become leaders of organizations and they need to discipline someone,
or give someone recognition. Will the impact be the same if all they know how to do is interact through ‘technology’. How will the workplace change, etc?

include a two page initial reference list. For this course only use scholarly journal sources. Write your Topic Proposal at the Synthesis Level as discussed in the Bloom’s Taxonomy of Levels of
Learning.
