Our project should be about (managing capacity)
chapter and our group had decided to make the project on evaluating capacity
alternatives (demand consideration, expected value, decision tree and how to
choose the best outcome).
We have provided a PowerPoint about the chapter
to make sure that the project would not have information that are not been
taken during the course.
We need a report written in word document and
presentation on PowerPoint. Both are related to the same project.

We need a report written in word document and presentation on PowerPoint. Both are related to the same project. Project guidelines Each group must prepare, present and submit a project on one of the chapters covered during the semester Each chapter is assigned to one group. The project must be clearly related to the selected chapter. It has to be related to what we studied. It can be about any part of the chapter, but does not have to cover the whole chapter. The ideal is to have the project deal with a real case. If this is not possible, it has to be at least a realistic problem. In all cases, the project is necessarily related to Qatar. Primary data are better than secondary data and secondary data are better than imaginary data. I should be possible to verify the data from the references provided by the students. You should explain in your report how you got the data. You have to provide either document references (the full title and the publisher) or personal references (name of the contact person, his position, his e-mail address, his telephone numberâŚ) Each project should include two parts: the problem and the solution. The problem is the description of the situation from the perspective of the company (no technical terms); this description is intended to be a real world case study to be used in this course in the future. The description of the problem is as important as (and even more important than) the solution. The two parts must be clearly disjoint in both the presentation and in the report. The project will be graded as follows: o 45% for the presentation: How clear is the presentation…
