Recall and describe a time when YOU personally were highly motivated to perform well (either in school, at work, or in sports), then actually performed very poorly in spite of your high motivation. Choose one of the Motivational Theories (from your text), then apply it to your example to explain why this happened.

Question II
Explain why strong “Self-Efficacy” combined with “Goal Setting” can positively impact performance. Then identify and discuss four (4) ways “Self- Efficacy” can be increased. What are the longer term “OB” implications of Self-Efficacy in the workplace and why are they important?
