Visits report

In this report I will write about all our visits to the outdoor. I learned a lot of good things and gain more knowledge about supply chain and operation management. I will start with why I liked Walt-Mart more the others then I will write briefly about all the other visits
First of all is Wal-Mart.It was a good shining experience in my life, I haven’t visit a place like this before and the image of the downstairs while I am walking in the sky hallways is still my head because I always dreamed to walk in the air however I changed my mind because I felt dizzy!
The gentleman who guides us thru all departments was so educated and he was explaining every small detailed and make jokes, he worked 14 in Walt-Mart and he is greeting everybody there like friends. The atmosphere is laid back. This distribution covers 106 whorehouses. This place have two sections are Stable Fade and that stand for goods shat are on demand around the year depend how much whorehouses need. The second sector is DA fared which stand for goods are seasonal like Christmas trees come at Christmas and they all ship out the distribution center and nothing left in the distribution center and whatever sold is that’s is , nothing come back. Sears was one day like Walt-Mart. Wal-Mart when they were small they were like Nembo. They are trying using less movement possible.
There was a place where a man was standing in front of many cameras monitoring all the lines. His job is very sensitive and important. And if screen shows any red that mean his day is too bad, there is no middle answer by the end of the day if his day was green or red!, the red means that one on the lines which carrying good are stopped for any reason, and they want all the line move with flow as soon as possible, he was watching us when we were walking in the sky tour!
