Circle the errors in the procedure n state what went
wrong

6/16/01 I grew up my transformants and pelleted the cells in the centrifuge. Pipetted off all the media and added 100l of TE and I vortexed for a minute Added 100d of 1%SDS/2M NaOH and vortexed for another minute, then I added 100pul of KAc and I put the tube on ice. I had to go buy some ethanol at the store, lots of traffic. Spun down the goop and decanted the super into another tube. Added 500ul of ethanol. I placed the tube on ice for a half hour and then I spun down the DNA. Looks like I got a lot. I washed with another 500d of EtOH for 10 min. Let the pellet dry and added 25pl of TE. Got some DNA but it doesn’t look good and won’t cut.
