I have freezing endometrial stromal cells , I freezed them before
six months ago, I seeded them in these days . First day I found
more than 60% were dead and decided to change the media to
stimulate their growth. Second day I found all of the cells were
dead.please I want some one explain why the cells are not growing?
Note that when I freezing the cells I used (( 30% FBS, 10% DMSO and
complete the volume by DMEM )) and for seeding the cells I used ((
10%FBS, 1% Antibiotic & Antimycotic and complete the volume by
DMEM
