this assignment you will be creating two documents.
The first will be a WBS diagram for a Software CRM term project.
See figure 1. This diagram should contain all the activities and
tasks of the project.
The second document will be a MS project file where you will
create the WBS chart which will depict your above diagram.
These documents should be developed at a very detailed level.
Submit both documents to the D2L drop box.
