Dear Mr. Allcock:
I am writing to inform you of an unpleasant experience I recently had with your product.
My family and I have always been loyal to your popcorn brand, PopSecret. We have always found the quality to be much higher than those of your competitors. The price was always reasonable and we had never run into any problems. I recently tried, for the first time, the new 100 Calorie snack bags. It seemed like the perfect snack at night, since one regular bag can sometimes be too much for a single person. Since it was my first time with this product, I read the instructions thoroughly. They stated to microwave the bag for two minutes and 30 seconds on high power. I followed the instructions exactly how they were listed.
Unfortunately, after the suggested time, not a single kernel had popped. The bag itself however had started to burn and holes were being formed. Assuming one bag had maybe not been prepared properly, I tried a second bag. I was facing the same results. Not a single bag of popcorn in the entire box would pop. The box was far before the expiration date and I was using the same microwave that successfully popped PopSecret popcorn just a few days earlier.
While I would appreciate a reimbursement for this box of PopSecret 100 Calorie snack bags, I hope you can also address the issue to prevent other customers from…
