Aim: The aim of this task is to challenge students with a real life situation, and to give them the opportunity to demonstrate their understanding of the covered topics
Description: Write a report about your workplace analysing it in terms of diversity. Convince your manager to develop a “Diversity Management Strategy” by explaining the advantages of having such a strategy. Support your argument with evidence, research and statistics.
Assume your manager loves this idea and now develop a Diversity Management Strategy for your workplace. Some examples of Diversity Plans are under our Moodle page.
Please pay attention to the format of your report. Do not forget to include the title page, table of contents, introduction, conclusion, abstract and the executive summary. Executive Summary, abstract, references and table of contents are not included in the word count
