Hi Cynthia,
I also feel that transformational leadership is consistent with my character. Inspiring people is something I do naturally and enjoy it. Your belief in motivating and developing individuals is an excellent leadership trait to hone. What are some examples of how you would encourage intrinsic worth to value employees within your organization?

Strategic Planning and how it can be used to attain organizational and personal goals:
 There are six characteristics for effective strategy implementation. 
1.       Communicate purpose or vision to others
2.       Connect strengths with environmental opportunities
3.       Exploit current success while exploring new opportunities
4.       Generate more resources than it uses
5.       Coordinate and guide activities
6.       Respond to new conditions over time
What might be an example from your experience for one of these characteristics?
