Read Chapter 26 in the textbook.
For your real-world Six Sigma project, construct a PFMEA form similar to Figure 26.1 on Page 279 in the textbook.
Submit a WORD or Excel file for (ii) above.

Question 2 (50 points)
Repeat Pages 10 – 17 (only) in the Chi-Square Analysis case study we did in the class in Week-7. This case study is posted in Week-7 folder on the Blackboard. This practice is for your own sake.
Solve Example 25.14 (Pages 262 and 263) using Minitab®. You do NOT need Table 25.16 to solve this example in Minitab®.
Submit a Minitab® project file containing the following for (ii) above:
Worksheet with 3 columns: Defect Type, Color, and Observed Frequencies (similar to Figure 5.6 in the case study)
Session output file containing cell counts, expected counts, Pearson Chi-Square, and P-value. (similar to Figure 5.12 in the case study)
Chi-Square Probability Distribution Plot (similar to Figure 5.19 in the case study)
