Below listed BBS System main functions
BBS consist of two separate modules , 1st is external web site for JO Contractors/vendors  , 2nd module will the administration for the external site content same as having a control panel for your personal web site
Since the external web site have a main menu as following order ( Home, BBS intro, BMT Participation , Documentation, Hayat Process Updates , Resources, Contacts)
Administrator should be able to add / update menu items under every main menu item listed above
Administrator should be able to edit/update page content which will be displayed to the outside
Add new pictures gallery
Add/Remove pictures with description in every picture gallery
Add sponsor info. (name, Position, Picture)
Add / Update news
Home page should contain a scroll bar for news
