Please review a student assignment and provide the correct solution and full detail work on what she was doing wrong and how to solve it to make it work. The work should be swing and .java files.
Thanks
DQ1 – Multithreading
I am not sure that my post will be out of scope or not, but I am also sure that following this direction before the end of this week I will have a good knowledge of multithreading in general and in Java.
For this DQ I have tried to convert the output value as well as designing three additional class to implement a multithreading non-sync approach that should archive almost the same aims.
Instead of using the code and translating the result of the output, also in this case I have tried to reach the same scope implementing a simple solution that allow us to push Strings taken from an array to an ArrayList using two threads and using both methods such as runnable and manually creating/extending the Thread class.
This is my first experience using multithreading in programming, therefore I am not pretending that you will understand what I have done, but as I think that this topic needs to be understood from the very basic and as far as I have understood from the DQ1 requirements, our purpose was to translate an array or its output starting from a code that has been written by another person, I should say that it will not longer be useful for me now, since I have not this kind of knowledge yet, even if I tried and made a simple conversion using a Conversion class.
In the attachment you will find both the original DQ with the conversion class as well as the application that I have designed.
In my example I have not used the synchronization as per specific of the first example, I have used it in the DQ2 with another kind of example.
Now its time to came back to my DQ, and after this boring introduction, I will explain my personal point of view about the difference between the first example and the second and I will show you the three classes that I have used:
The main difference between the first and the second example is the use of the thread synchronization that guaranteed the programmer that a second thread cannot influence the behavior…
